Poppy Solutions was founded by a team of previous ABA practice owners and experienced ABA clinicians and operators. ABA practices need to be clinically evidence-based, have well-trained staff, and need to provide treatment that achieves the best outcomes for clients. We have a proven track record of providing the highest, most advanced treatments with optimal client outcomes, while paying our teams higher wages than the industry average, and achieving a profit that was then invested back into the growth of our agencies and teams. Many current ABA agencies can offer one or two of the above components, but struggle to offer all three. We believe that all three are possible.
OUR TEAM
Christina Imgrund, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Christina has been in the field of ABA for 7 years and has worked in IL, WA, and ID in schools, homes, and daycare settings. She worked as Clinical Director for two years overseeing multiple states and has strong experience with compliance tracking, staff training, and clinical case review.
Jennifer Fitzpatrick, M.A., M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Jennifer has been in the field of ABA for over 25 years and consulted throughout the US. She formed JF Behavioral Services, which sold in 2021 and now works to help families and practitioners ensure delivery of quality ABA. She has backgrounds in nursing, neurodevelopment, and teaching.
